Hello and welcome to the blog of EVERYTHING JAPANESE! This blog will be my general ranting place for, well – everything Japanese. This blog will feature mostly reviews for music and even movies sometimes, and a rant post here and there (read. news).
I created this blog because I wanted to blog about something and I figured why not do it about something I really dig. I like blogging and writing in general, and hopefully I’ll try to keep this blog as active as possible. I don’t exactly have the fastest net on the globe, so I won’t be able to upload loads of stuff I’ve come to collect over the last few years, but I might upload one or two songs hence and thence and who knows, maybe something better while at it! 
I will review and grade singles, albums and movies on this blog, while also review anime series and manga once in a blue moon (almost never). I’m not much of a dorama fan, so let’s just keep that away. I will review things on the scale given below:
O – Outstanding! Simply perfect.*
A – Amazing.
B – Pretty cool, but something’s amiss.
C – Average.
D – Below average. Approach with caution.
F – Absolutely horrible. Avoid.
The positive (+) and negative (-) signs might be added in front of these grades, but when added, they don’t make a new grade itself. It just notifies a personal likeness or dislike for the reviewed album, single or film. For example, if I give a single an ‘A-’, it means that even though I think it is a great single, I don’t like that style of singing. Similarly, if I give it a ‘A+’, it means I think it is great, but I’m a little biased towards it otherwise anyway.
*Yes, that is a reference to Harry Potter. How original.
